Chiropodists/Podiatrists specialise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating abnormalities of the foot and lower leg. They give professional advice on the prevention of foot problems and advice on proper foot care.
Treatments covered are:
- General foot care
- Removal of hard skin and calluses
- Nail care – in growing, thickened, misshapen, or nails with fungal infection
- Analysis of foot function with prescription of insoles or orthotics
Our practitioner is Maxine Casey BSc. D.Pod.M. M.Ch.S. She is HPC Registered.
Appointments are available on Tuesday mornings and all day Thursday.
